  • When you apply, be sure your goals align with the focus of the house. We’re curating tight-knit groups of people on a similar path, so that everyone is working toward something that makes sense together.

    Also, we know that trusting a new experience can feel like a big step — and we want you to feel confident. Because of this, we don’t handle your actual booking or housing transactions directly. Once your group is formed, you’ll still book through the original listing or property owner, just like any normal reservation.

    Our role is to help bring together like-minded people — creators, entrepreneurs, and builders — to share inspiring homes and create unforgettable experiences.

    We’re here to make it easier to find your community, not complicate the process.

    However, because we work directly with many property owners, in some cases if you mention you’re part of a Ties group — you may receive a discounted rate.
