Find a Residency that fits you. Each one is built around a clear theme and shared goal. Whether you’re looking to live alongside content creators in your niche, other digital entrepreneurs, startup founders, or just other nomad workers, there is a house designed for you. And if there isn’t one yet, you can create your own — we’ll list it and help you build a group around it.

Apply
One you find one, you will fill out a small application for us to get to know you better and make sure you are a right fit. So when you apply, be sure your goals align with the focus of the house. We’re curating tight-knit groups of people on a similar path, so that everyone is working toward something that makes sense together.

If accepted, you’ll join a private group chat with your future housemates. This is where it starts to feel real — you’ll meet the people you’ll be living with, start sharing ideas, and get hyped for what’s to come.
